Florence Pearl Hollingsworth

Florence Pearl Hollingsworth, 80, McLouth, died June 6, 2010, at the Tonganoxie Nursing Center. She was born Jan. 8, 1930, at Kansas City, the daughter of Fredrick Homer and Peral Adaline Rambeau Rickman. She had lived in McLouth since 1941.
Florence was a homemaker and farm wife since 1950. She was a 1950 graduate of McLouth High School.
She attended the McLouth United Methodist Church. She was a life member of the D.A.V. Auxiliary Unit No. 60 of Atoka, Okla.
She married Leo David Hollingsworth Aug. 11, 1950, at Oskaloosa. He preceded her in death May 7, 2010.
She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Hollingsworth and Mark Hollingsworth, both of McLouth; two sisters, Norma Greene, Oskaloosa, and Patricia E. Rutz, Topeka; three grandchildren; and three great-grandsons.
Graveside services were at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hardy Oak Cemetery, rural McLouth with D.A.V. funeral rites.
Memorials can be made to Friends of Jefferson County Hospice, the American Cancer Society or to American Heart Association and sent in care of Barnett-Chapel Oaks Funeral Home, P.O. Box 416, Oskaloosa, 66066.
