Wanda Lea Hollinsworth

Wanda Lea "Nee Fox" Hollinsworth of Belgrade, Missouri departed this life on April 10, 2011 at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital having reached the age of seventy six years, one month and twenty seven days. She was born on February 14, 1935 at Ellington, Missouri a daughter to the late Cecil Fox and Iris (Harrison) Fox.

On June 12, 1981, Wanda was united in marriage to Marvin Hollinsworth and they shared twenty nine years together.

Wanda was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, canning, music and flea marketing.

In addition to her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by a brother Leon Fox and a sister Amanda Fleiger.

Those who remain to mourn her passing are her husband Marvin Hollinsworth of Belgrade; five sons Sammy Smith and wife Ruby of Park Hills, Charlie Smith and wife Denise of Poplar Bluff, Samuel Smith of Bismarck, Donnie Smith and wife Jennifer of Desoto, Billy Smith and wife Terry of Fletcher; four daughters Alice Couch and husband Scott of Belgrade, Donna Dawes and husband Charles of Caledonia, Rhonda Delashmit and husband Lowell Potosi, Barbara Youngblood of Poplar Bluff, step son Dwane Hollinsworth of Florida, sister Randa Stout of Illinois, brother Leo Fox of Ellington; twenty three grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 1 PM at the DeClue Chapel with Rev. Carol Brown officiating. Serving as pallbearers were William Smith, Scott Couch, Zachary Smith, Roger Smith, Tommy Sero, T.J. Sero, Don Delashmit, and Bobby Boyer.

Interment and final prayers were held at Bennet-Bryan Cemetery, Belgrade. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
